Once your air filter is approved, you will receive an email with pick‑up details. When you pick it up, you must show proof of residency (such as official mail, a rental agreement or rent receipts, or school or work documents with your name and address). A photo ID is optional.

Start by typing in your Address Reference Code, found on the postcard mailed to your residence. Once your Address Reference Code is inputted in the correct field, your Address will populate. Skipping this step will prevent us from verifying your address.
